In late 2023, Terry semi-retired from performing on-site inspections, transitioning into a new role as technical advisor and digital publisher for TW Group Inspections. He now oversees content and maintains a suite of consumer-focused flooring websites designed to support education and impartial guidance across the flooring industry.
